Via applying data mining techniques, we segment shoppers based on the identified Shopping Missions. The identification of Shopper Personas enable us detect missing sales, selling gaps and provide insights for targeted marketing actions. Deep dive in categories

We extract insights for specific product categories/brands. We examine sales affinities, how shoppers buy this category, what their characteristics, in the contexts of which Shopping Missions and in which store formats and stores consumers tend to buy the category/brand, what are their baskets characteristics what was the driver of the shopping visits etc.

Analytics Platform

Our Analytics as a Service (AaaS) platform gathers transactional data from Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) retailers. It disseminates to suppliers, insights for the omnichannel environment regarding the categories and brands they sell. Its gives to FMCG retailers valuable insights regarding their shoppers’ behavior (missions and segments) and enables performance benchmarking to competitors
