Shopping Missions

We identify the underlying Shopping Missions (i.e. the reasons why shoppers’ entered a retail store) via applying advanced analytic techniques into purchase data. Our goal is to move from Category to Shopping Mission Management.

Shopper Segmentation

Via applying data mining techniques, we segment shoppers based on the identified Shopping Missions. The identification of Shopper Personas enable us detect missing sales, selling gaps and provide insights for targeted marketing actions. Ranging from marketing campaigns and redesigning of a store’s layout, to product recommendations.

Deep dive in categories

We extract insights for specific product categories/brands. We examine sales affinities, how shoppers buy this category, what their characteristics, in the contexts of which Shopping Missions and in which store formats and stores consumers tend to buy the category/brand, what are their baskets characteristics what was the driver of the shopping visits etc.

Marketing Analytics

We convert data pools into strategic assets through advanced data analytics, via providing business insights and recommendations. We aid our partners to evaluate the success of their marketing initiatives. We provide Business Intelligence solutions to measure their performance and we design Humanized Marketing Actions.

Analytics Platform

Via “ShopSights”, our 360o business analytic suite we support data-driven decision making. Our suite is connected with retailer’s existing infrastructure and enables shopping mission analysis, shopper segmentation and deep dive in specific product categories.
